Assistive Technology

Students rely on technology in everyday life. When it comes to social networking students are well adept in honing their skills. Where they need training is in using technology to help complete school and homework. The more a student uses computer technology, the more prepared they will be for completing college assignments. Students will also develop life long skills for future employment.

Assistive technologies can bridge the gap for students who have learning disabilities.

There are assistive technology tools to help students who struggle with:

  • Listening
  • Math
  • Organization and Memory
  • Reading
