Educational Trips - Local, National, and International
The Charleston, South Carolina area provides wonderful opportunities for teaching and learning outside of the classroom. Teachers at Trident Academy organize field trips to local museums, historical plantations and other educational sites that enhance the classroom curriculum. A member of our faculty, Marc Simpson, is a permanently licensed tour guide in Charleston. In addition, Trident Academy has offered opportunities for Upper School students to travel overseas to Europe and Central America accompanied by our faculty. The 2010-2011 international trip this year is to Costa Rica.
